Challenge: As part of its employee engagement efforts, Barclays and Jet Blue looked to Muse to enhance employee engagement amongst its call center agents. They were specifically seeking a promotional item designed to inform agents of important dates, include helpful customer call routing information and reinforce Jet Blue’s brand values.

Solution: Muse developed a unique calendar construct incorporating key dates and helpful call routing information in a dynamic calendar layout consisting of monthly dedicated cards. The cards rested in a branded leather stand that doubled as a smart phone holder. The cards also contained Jet Blue branded seasonal imagery and headlines supporting the company’s core values.
