Providence is a Customer Experience and Contact Center industry professional with 20+ years of experience across several industries such as healthcare, wireless telecom, financial services, energy, and cable/MCO. Providence has served in a variety of BPO roles including Operations, Account Management, Project Management and Business Development Marketing. Her extensive experience in the healthcare vertical includes developing and managing marketing strategies and managing the patient experience for a 24/7 healthcare contact center. This dynamic experience has enabled her to effectively manage and execute with a CX and cross functional point of view.

Providence is based in sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL where she enjoys spending quality time and creating new adventures with her husband Edward, ten year old daughter, Sophia and twelve year old nephew, Demitri.
