HubSpot Administrator

Muse Marketing + Creative is seeking a HubSpot (CRM) administrator. This role is a part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role. It offers remote flexibility in a modern work environment with an amazing company culture. The ideal candidate will have the ability to integrate HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. They will serve as the primary administrator for the HubSpot platform and have complete ownership of its management. Ongoing training will be provided.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary administrator and owner of the platform
• Conduct training programs for all users
• Perform basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, sales process consulting and other routine tasks
• Perform data cleansing and user maintenance

Skills and Qualifications:

• HubSpot certification is preferred. Candidates without HubSpot certification will be considered if they have previous CRM experience
• At least 3 years of experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
• Marketing automation experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with senior management
• Strong data management abilities
• Contact Center, BPO or Management Consulting experience a plus but not required
